How do I know if coaching is right for me?

As an Accredited Master Coach with the Association for Coaching and NLP Master Practitioner, I bring both formal expertise and real-world experience to every session. This will help you identify the reactive patterns keeping you stuck, shift the mindset and behaviours driving them, and build sustainable systems that protect your time and energy.

What's the difference between reactive and intentional leadership?
Reactive leadership is firefighting by default.
Your day is consumed by everyone else's urgent. You're the go-to problem-solver instead of developing problem-solvers. You're working evenings because strategic work gets pushed aside by tactical firefighting.
Intentional leadership is leading by design.
You finish work on time. You develop your team instead of solving everything yourself. You protect time for strategic work. You lead with clarity and control instead of constantly reacting.

How long does coaching last?
Coaching is available at different levels depending on your needs:

What makes your approach different?
My approach is identity-led, not just action-focused. Using the PIIPS Framework™, we work on who you need to become to create the results you want, not just what you need to do. This creates sustainable transformation because it's rooted in identity shifts, not temporary behaviour changes.
I coach from theory and experience. I coach from 20 years of leading teams in high-pressure environments where reactive firefighting was the default - and I've done the work to transform those patterns myself.
I know what it takes to shift from working late to finishing on time, from being everyone's problem-solver to developing problem-solvers, from reactive to intentional.
You get both the lived experience and the proven frameworks that make it repeatable.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients experience clarity and shifts in perspective within the first few sessions.
The 8-week programme is designed to create meaningful transformation in that timeframe and create a blueprint that keeps the momentum and transformation going for long after the programme ends.
This isn't about quick fixes. We focus on building the foundation for lasting change. You'll start reclaiming time within weeks; the real transformation happens as new habits and behaviours become your new default.
