Why Work With Me
I don't just teach leadership. I've lived it, led it, and transformed it.
I spent 20 years in police leadership - team leader at 21, senior manager at 30, leading high-performing teams in Major Crime Investigation. I've led in high-pressure, high-stakes environments where failure wasn't an option and reactive leadership costs lives.
I know what it takes to build high-performance teams, navigate complex challenges under pressure, and create cultures where people perform at their best. I've experienced the cost of reactive leadership patterns and done the work to transform them.
While working full-time, I competed internationally in strongwoman, raised my son as a single parent, and built a profitable coaching business. I didn't read about work-life balance in books - I had to figure out how to build sustainable high performance while managing multiple demanding roles.
Since 2017, I've worked globally as a Leadership & Performance Coach, supporting organisations and leaders across sectors to transform from reactive patterns to intentional systems.
