Most employers ask employees to review their progress quarterly but how many of us do this for our own personal development and growth?

Reviewing our progress on a regular basis helps us keep track of where we are and how we are progressing to what we want to be.

It also means that we can regularly set small steps and tasks that will help us to achieve and reach our goals. Reviewing them on a regular basis means that we hold ourselves accountable and aim to achieve task in a set period of time to help keep us on track.

What goals did you set this year?

What progress did you make towards these goals?

What else have you achieved?

What will you need to do differently in the next 12 months to achieve this?

Reflect honestly on the answers you have given.

Have you achieved what you wanted to achieve? Would regular reviews of your progress have helped you achieve more? Do you know what you want to do differently next year so that you can be even more successful?
