Coaching can support your leaders and managers in times of growth, transition and change.  It can also support their own growth and evolution as a leader, guiding them to find the courage and confidence to lead their way with authenticity and integrity.

My Coaching Approach

I use a range of coaching methodologies alongside my personal and professional experiences to help people achieve success globally.

My ethos in coaching is that I am there to act as a thinking partner.  My role is to help my clients explore different perspectives, shift unhelpful ways of thinking to improve their mindset and help them to recognise their skills and experience to increase their confidence.

I combine coaching with self-development skills. In sessions, we explore the resources that the client already has available to them and add tools to the toolbox to help them. 

I believe that people do the best they can, with the tools, skills and knowledge they have.  When they know more, they can do more, and that is where I can help.

  • Accredited 'Master Coach' with Association of Coaching

  • NLP Master Practitioner (INLPTA)

  • ACE (Accelerated Coach Excellence) Certified Coach with WBECs (World Business and Executive Coaching)

  • 15 years+ of coaching and mentoring experience

  • Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England)

  • Additional training and qualifications in CBT, DBT, ACT, sports psychology, weight management and diet and nutrition.

  • 20 years in the Police Service in public-facing, operational and senior management roles.

  • CMI Level 6 Certificate in Management and Leadership.

  • Former 'Springboard Consultancy' self-development trainer 

  • Licensed Level 3 AEaT trainer

  • DBS clearance
