Zoe has been brilliant to work with. She’s taken the time to get to know our organisation and how we work, including our values and vision.
Working with our leadership team for a year has been really beneficial and we have all grown as people, leaders and into our roles. Our MD has seen a marked difference in how we tackle issues, and how we pull together as a team in times of difficulty.
Zoe also carried out group workshops with our leadership team on a number of topics, and these have been so useful. We have all learnt new skills and techniques for managing different things, and we regularly refer back to exercises we did with Zoe.

Zoe has a wide ranging toolbox which allows her to switch approaches if she can see one example/analogy/suggestion isn’t working, and try something different. She is also comfortable at holding the silence after asking you a difficult question, this can be hard in the moment, but it gives you a greater sense of ownership as you work out the solutions yourself.
