The Challenge

Q1: What if I miss a call?

All group coaching calls are recorded and available to watch back. You can catch up at a time that suits you. However, I do ask that you attend at least 80% of calls (8 out of 10) to get the full benefit and meet the results commitment criteria.

Q2: How is this different from other leadership programmes?

Most leadership development gives you another framework to implement and ends when the programme ends. Q4: What if I can't attend on Wednesdays at 12:00-13:00?

The weekly calls are scheduled for Wednesdays 12:00-13:00 GMT and all calls are recorded. If you have an occasional conflict, you can watch the recording. However, the live calls are where the real transformation happens through group coaching, so I recommend prioritising attendance where possible.

Q5: Is this suitable for my level of seniority?

The January cohort is the next confirmed start date. Future cohorts are scheduled based on demand, typically every 3-4 months.
